Accessibility at Pinq

Last updated: October 2025

Inclusion matters to us

At Pinq, we believe everyone should be able to access information, services, and support with ease and confidence. We’re committed to making our website, communication, and care services accessible to all older Australians — including people living with disability, sensory changes, or diverse communication needs.

Our commitment

We design our digital and in-person experiences to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Our goal is to ensure every client, family member, and care partner can access what they need — independently or with assistance.

We aim to:

  • Use clear, plain Australian English throughout our website and materials.
  • Maintain readable colour contrast and text sizing.
  • Provide captions and transcripts for videos where possible.
  • Ensure all online forms are keyboard and screen-reader friendly.
  • Offer multiple contact options — phone, email, and web — for accessibility and comfort.
  • Train our Care Partners to communicate clearly and respectfully with people of all abilities.

Need help accessing information?
